Description

Aki is looking for an Lead QA/Tech Specialist who will be responsible for managing technical support and activation quality for our clients. This individual will work directly with the Director of Operations as well as the Account Managers to ensure flawless campaign setup while providing high-level technical support for assigned advertisers. The right individual will be a key contributor in the Operations team and responsible for campaign QA, and troubleshooting technical issues on all mobile advertising campaigns.


What you’ll do
  • Coordinate with AdOps traffickers to ensure campaigns are set up properly and ready to launch on time
  • Perform technical troubleshooting for any issues with running campaigns
  • Manage and maintain day to day tech contacts with 3rd party partners and vendors
  • Run certification and onboarding tests from start to finish for new 3rd party partners and vendors
  • Develop and implement strategies for process and contribute knowledge to the team via documentation
  • Update and adjust campaigns and creatives for optimal performance
  • Communicate effectively with all team members to ensure each campaign has everything needed for success
  • Report on performance through life of campaign
  • Analyze and review reports
